Racesolutions provide planning, logistics and freelance support services for challenge event organisers, charities and local authorities. We are happy to work on projects of any size from a 200 participant charity fundraising walk to a 15,000 runner city centre half marathon.

Racesolutions were responsible for completely rebuilding Oxford Half Marathon for Achieve Events and relocating it amidst the Colleges of Oxford University. The event now attracts over 10,000 runners each autumn and has recently been aquired by LimeLight Sports from Virgin Sport.

Racesolutions dreamt up the concept and manage the on the day logistics for “The Breast Walk Ever” . These fundraising walks on behalf of the charity Against Breast Cancer raise tens of thousands each year to support their research and scientific work.

We would love to have a chat with to see if we can help. You might have something specific in mind, possibly an existing project that needs support or you may just like to pick our brains to see if we can work with you to bring an idea to life. Any outdoor project, any type of challenge, any size, just drop us an e-mail or call 07551006099.

Racesolutions TV & Film work – Here we are setting up a race finish line for the London production company Stink Films who were making a TV ad for Nissan in Burgess Park, Southwalk. We even helped out as extras!

Reading 10K & Family Races is a joint venture with Green Park a prestigious business campus just outside Reading and home to Bayer, Huawei, Virgin Media & Pepsico. After consultation with the Green Park management team we designed aspects of the event to fit with their CSR program incorporating a schools awards evening and charity running challenge for the Victory family church based on their campus.

We also have our own unique collection of running events, we concentrate on quality not quantity, our races range from road to trail, 10K to Ultra-Marathon and include the very special Mizuno Endure24, the worlds largest 24 hour relay race with over 6000 runners registered for 2021. Take a look at our true festival of running below.
